Tailor Made Shoe will make every effort to complete your order as soon as possible. On working days (Monday through Friday), excepting holidays, all orders are sent. All orders are eligible for international delivery; if you have any questions, please contact us by email at email@example.com
We provide free international shipping using efficient expedited courier services like FedEx, DHL, or TNT.
To the majority of countries in the world, we provide shipping services through DHL. Once the customer's item arrives in his or her country, it is up to them to take care of all customs, taxes, and fees (including VAT) related to the shipment. By placing the order, you are designating yourself as the importer of record, and the product won't be delivered to you until all fees have been paid. Tailor Made Shoe disclaims all liability for any fees levied by your country's customs, including transfer and storage fees. If you choose not to accept the delivery and the box is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the cost of the products purchased less the cost of transportation.
Please get in touch with us within 10 days of getting your shoes if you want to exchange them for a different size or style.
